・ Perform financial statements audits for various companies in accordance
with Japan GAAP and US GAAP (including Information and Technology area),
・ Prepare tax returns (Government Tax Forms and Reports) for around 50
companies and 300 individuals per year,
・ Consult on business transactions relating to Japan GAAP, Japanese Commercial
Code, Japanese corporate tax, individual tax, consumption tax and gift/inheritance
tax etc. and provided advices and solutions,.
・ Provide the supporting services for defending against the tax audits,
・ Provide analytical and planning support in the corporate and individual
tax affairs,
